FORSA is committed to increasing the percentage of women actively present in the world of investments by providing them with unique business opportunities and with access to professional expertise and support. This commitment is reflected, among others, in the carefully designed Internship Program.
About the Program
The Internship Program is intended to give students an insight into the workings and daily tasks of an investment company. The desired outcome is raising students’ interest in pursuing a career in the investment sector. Program duration - 20 working days - can be flexibly adjusted to the student’s schedule, e.g. 20 full days completed in one month, or divided into 2-4 half-days per week over the academic year.
The ultimate aim of all FORSA on-the-job training programs is to increase the percentage of UAE women professionally active in the world of investments.
About the Candidates
Candidates eligible for the Program are female UAE nationals with an interest in investments. Selection will be based on the student’s overall academic achievements and her future career plans.
Interns will be expected to adhere to office rules and work hours, show interest and dedication toward the program, actively participate in everyday activities at the office and to complete tasks allocated to them within set timeframe.

All applications will be reviewed by dedicated FORSA team and successful candidates will be contacted within 3-5 working days after application deadline. Please note that only accepted applicants will be contacted.
Interns will have the opportunity to gain work experience either in one department of choice, or by rotating through various departments.
Program Outline
Day 1: Orientation Day 2 to Day 20: Assignment to specified department
After Day 10 of the internship, FORSA will arrange 30 minute meetings with the Dubai World Executives (Istithmar, Nakheel, JAFZA, Limitless etc.) for its interns. This will depend on availability of the Executives and intern’s career interests.
Program Completion
Upon completion of the internship, interns will receive an internship certificate from FORSA as well as a written statement of their achievements and contribution to the company. FORSA staff will also provide all interns with references and recommendations upon request.
